Vancouver Aquarium’s pop-up restaurant is back just in time for spot prawn season. Ocean Wise Executive Chef Ned Bell and The Fish Counter’s Chef Rob Clark are kicking it off with a first-ever collaborative dinner at Vancouver Aquarium’s pop-up café. Join these top Vancouver chefs for a five-course dinner as they put the spotlight on sustainable spot prawns, with each decadent dish complemented by the perfect wine pairing.

Begin the evening with a glass of champagne at our cocktail reception while enjoying access to the Vancouver Aquarium’s galleries – a truly magical place at night. Visit the Wet Lab to interact with spot prawns and other local creatures, learning about the incredible biodiversity we have along our coast.
